Maharashtra MSc Biochemistry job

Applications are invited on plain paper giving detailed bio-data for one post of “Junior Research
Fellow” in the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India sponsored project entitled “Studies
on interaction of plant alpha amylase inhibitors with insect amylases” sanctioned to School of
Life Sciences, NMU, Jalgaon.

The minimum qualification for the post is M. Sc. (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Microbiology)
with UGC  – NET or GATE. Preference will be given to the candidate with Biochemistry
specialization.
The emoluments for the post of “Junior Research Fellow” is Rs. 12000/- p. m. consolidated. If
the candidate with NET/GATE qualification is not available, M.Sc. candidate can be selected
with designation as Project Fellow and the emoluments would be Rs. 8,000/- p.m consolidated.
The post is purely temporary and the selected candidate will be appointed only till the
completion of the project.

Suitable interested candidates fulfilling minimum qualifications are requested to appear for
walk - in interview along with relevant documents on 18/12/2012, at 11. 00 p.m. in the office of
the Director, School of Life Sciences, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.
No T.A/D.A. will be paid for attending the interview.
